Commissioning Engineers are involved at key project milestones during any installation phases to review and collect requirements and are briefed by Project Management on all requirements, testing schedules, witnessing of commissioning /controls and arrangement of client tuition to achieve project completion and handover dates.

Our commissioning engineers are assessed against a competency framework, benchmarking the technical and behavioural skills required.

Our engineers can carry out regular preventive maintenance to ensure your system is kept in optimum condition, complies with British Standards, Fire Legislation and insurance providers and assist with advice on the latest standards and support on alterations or changes and Management of False Alarms, reducing business disruption and maintain emergency service response levels.

Our Engineers are trained to service a wide range of manufacturers systems regardless of supplier or installer and whether the protocol is open, closed or managed.

We operate 24 hour emergency standby rota and carry a wide stock of spares to enable prompt and efficient repair of equipment.

Any Life Safety System you have installed, whether due to legislation or risk management will be subject to checks by corresponding persons, authorities and insurance providers.

Handover documentation including certificates of compliance, product approvals and testing records are essential and an integral part of the finished product.

Our documentation is recorded and filed within a full Operation & Maintenance Manual which is also sent in an electronic backup for distribution to all stakeholders and easily shared with third parties when required.
